A textured white blend from Weststeiermark made from organically farmed vineyards in Bad Gams and Stainz. Grown on iron rich gneiss soils, the grapes are hand harvested, undergo a short skin contact, and ferment spontaneously before aging for 12 months in 500 liter wooden barrels. Dry and layered, it combines freshness with gentle texture and savory depth.
