L`Iris du Loire 2022

L'Iris is a natural Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley, grown in yellow silex, clay, and limestone soils. Fermented spontaneously in oak, it’s vibrant and fresh, with flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus, plus floral jasmine and a hint of honey. Bright acidity and smooth minerality make it a refreshing choice for pairing with food.
