Made by Edwin Knowles in the mid-20th century, this pattern although unmarked is similar to their Serenade pattern, which featured a similar bouquet but also swags of flowers around the rim as well.  Designed in the Puritan shape, these plates are rimmed with gold and contain an embossed edge that mirrors the outline of a flower petal. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBased in West Virginia between 1900-1963, Edwin M. Knowles made some of the prettiest dishware in the country with patterns that were colorful, feminine, and visually striking. This set of five dinner plates is no exception. \u003c\/span\u003eColors include pink, lavender, blue, butter, tangerine, watermelon green, magenta, sage, periwinkle, and bluebell - a veritable rainbow of shades to create a variety of different tablescapes for continual creativity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSo pretty for spring and summer entertaining, garden parties, Mother's Day brunch, and Easter festivities, these plates are also a lovely option for wall decorations too. Each plate contains its own unique character with fine crazing marks and a few light stains adding age and depth to their overall patina.
