Think Pink Dalmatia Rose 2025

An organically farmed rosé from Domaine Bibich in Dalmatia, made from hand-harvested Syrah grown on karst and limestone soils. The grapes undergo five hours of maceration before fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, and made without added sulfur, it is a fresh, fruit-driven expression of Dalmatian Syrah.
