Adonis 2024

A distinctive Loire red made from Pineau d’Aunis grown across several sites in Bueil-en-Touraine and Dissay-sous-Courcillon. The vines range from 4 to 80 years old and are planted on silex, clay, and limestone slopes. Hand-harvested grapes are partly destemmed and macerated for two weeks in large conical oak vats with spontaneous fermentation, then aged for 12 months on lees in 600-liter oak barrels. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
