7ieme Ciel 2018

Charlot-Tanneux 7ième Ciel is a natural Champagne made from a blend of seven grape varieties. Hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented in neutral barrels, it rests on its lees for 11 months, gaining complexity and texture. With no fining, no filtration, and minimal sulfur, this sparkling wine is fresh, with bright citrus, green apple, and floral notes, balanced by a subtle brioche and mineral finish. This is Champagne for those who appreciate a more authentic, unpolished style, with lively fruit, delicate bubbles, and a whisper of funk.
