Available in a variety of sizes from small to large, Hazel Atlas was one of the leading glass companies in America. The merging of two reputable companies, Hazel Glass and Atlas Glass, Hazel Atlas was based in Washington, Pennsylvania, and manufactured all sorts of glass items from 1902 to 1964.

These two Hazel Atlas jars are both pint size (2 cup capacity) and feature the lightening jar lid and the E-Z Seal design which made it easy (lightning fast!) to close and seal each jar with just a flip of the bail wire. Although these two are not an exact match as far as being an identical pair, they both feature the same raised glass lettering and the same style lid. One jar was made prior to 1923 (the year when Hazel Atlas started including their HA logo on their pieces) and includes both wavy glass and air bubbles. The other jar was most likely made in the 1930s and it is a little bit heavier than the other one.

So fun for storage, pantry organization, or display, vintage glass jars look so stylish in kitchens with open shelving. They also make really pretty table centerpieces since they offer all sorts of possibility in the decorating department.

{SPECIAL FEATURES}

- Atlas E-Z Seal raised lettering

- Pint-size

- Bail wire closure

- Lightening jar lids

- Set of 2

{CONDITION}

Each jar is in lovely vintage (antique) condition with very clear glass and little to no scratches.
